7 - Rules of play

7.1 It is forbidden to leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation, not accepting/refusing first aid, leaving the game, AFK or entering an interior etc. If someone has an IRL emergency it's allowed to leave the situation if it's clearly communicated. | Jail 30 - 120 min or WARN up to BAN 30 days

7.2 It is prohibited to do any criminal acts against EMS employees. (Kill, rob, etc.) | Jail 30 - 120 min or WARN up to BAN 30 days

7.3 If you got killed you cannot go back in the fight for 10min after reviving/respawning. | Jail 10-60min or WARN

7.4 It is restricted to do any amoral actions in relation to an unconscious person(e.g. spitting, sexual animations and etc.) | PERMANENT BAN

7.5 It is restricted to do any sexual actions in relation to any person. (It is allowed to leave in case you are a victim of sexual harassment (RP rape) etc.) | PERMANENT BAN

7.6 It is prohibited to move IC situations to OOC (e.g Insulting someone in Discord Chat relating to an IC situation). Any instances of this will be punished in Discord as well as In-Game Bans. | BAN 7-30 days

7.7 It is restricted to kill a person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situations (Mercy killing). | Jail 30-120min or WARN up to KICK

7.8 It is allowed to rob everything from the inventory, except L.E.O; NO weapons and vest | Jail 30-120min or WARN up to BAN 7 days

7.9 Kidnapping L.E.O is only allowed if there are at least 4 Officers online. | Jail 15-60min or WARN up to BAN 7 days

7.10 N-words and C-words are restricted. | Ban 7-30 days

7.11 Any kind of bug abuse is forbidden | WARN up to PERMANENT BAN

7.12 RDM is not allowed. | Jail 30-120min or WARN up to BAN 30 days

7.13 VDM is not allowed. | Jail 30-120min or WARN up to BAN 30 days

7.14 Metagaming is not allowed. | Jail 30-120min or WARN up to BAN 7 days

7.15 Powergaming is not allowed. | Jail 30-120min or WARN up to BAN 7 days

7.16 Fail-RP is not allowed. | Jail 30-120min or WARN up to BAN 7 days

7.17 RK is not allowed. | Jail 30-120min or WARN up to BAN 7 days

7.18 Provoking is not allowed. | Jail 30-120min or WARN up to BAN 7 days

7.19 No crimes allowed on the J-Tower (The biggest building on the map). | Jail 30-120min or WARN up to BAN 7 days

7.20 No crimes allowed at Cayo Perico Airport except for races. | Jail 30-120min or WARN up to BAN 7 days

7.21 Attacking people in safe zones is not allowed. This includes shooting inside a safe zone from outside. | Jail 30-120min or WARN up to BAN 30 days

- The safe zones are: Hospitals, Police Stations, Parking Garages, Carmeet and the Dragstrip.

7.22 No false use of /callstaff | Jail 30-120min or WARN up to BAN 30 days

7.23 Interfering with STAFF situations is not allowed. | Jail 30-120min or WARN up to BAN 30 days

7.24 Evading a STAFF situation (e.g. fleeing, exiting the game, etc.) is not allowed. PERMANENT BAN

7.25 Impersonation of STAFF and/or stealing STAFF cars is not allowed. | PERMANENT BAN

7.26 Glowing clothing is reserved for STAFF and can not be worn by players | Jail 30-120min or WARN up to BAN 30 days

7.27 The spike strip menu can only be used by the LSPD | Jail 30-120min or WARN up to BAN 30 days

7.28 It is not allowed to switch seats with the "K" menu while cuffed. | Jail 30 - 120 min or WARN up to BAN 30 days

7.29 Only LEO is allowed to use FivePD. This includes EVERYTHING that has to do with FivePD. | Jail 30 - 120 min or WARN up to BAN 30 days

7.30 NITRP is strictly forbidden! | PERMANENT BAN

7.31 Trolling is strictly forbidden! | PERMANENT BAN

7.32 No Toxic Behavior: We uphold a community where respect and kindness reign. Any form of harassment, bullying, insults, discrimination, or hate speech is not tolerated. Keep communications positive and respectful. | Jail 30 - 120 min or WARN up to PERMANENT BAN

7.33 /drone and /eod can only be used by LEO | Jail 30 - 120 min or WARN up to PERMANENT BAN
